Hotel Am Schloss is a gem at the foot of the majestic Heidelberg Castle. the staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us early room access after our long flight. Our adjoining rooms were spacious, with a balcony boasting stunning views of the castle and town. the location was ideal, close to the funicular to the castle, cafes, and restaurants. the hotel's proximity to the Christmas Market and the University made it convenient for exploring the area. the daily breakfast with a view of the castle was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options. the free WiFi and tour assistance were added bonuses that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Am Schloss provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Bavarian charm, making it a top choice for families looking to experience the best of Heidelberg. We highly recommend it for an authentic and memorable stay in this historic city.
